(1) The COD, ammonia nitrogen, alkalinity and salt content of the evaporated condensate water are high, which greatly reduces the service performance of the condensate water;

(2) The evaporator is seriously blocked by scale. Calcium, magnesium, heavy metal, chloride, carbonate and sulfate in high brine are the main substances causing scale formation and blockage, which makes the heat transfer effect of evaporator worse. It requires frequent shutdowns and cleaning, thus reducing productivity.

(3) From the beginning of the steam, the total energy consumption is high. The concentration of film before evaporation can greatly reduce the total energy consumption, but the film is easy to scale and clog. By improving the purification and desalting process of high concentration brine, the problems of serious scale formation in evaporation process of high concentration brine, serious consumption of evaporation equipment, high COD content of condensate water and high utilization rate of obtained condensate water are solved.
