① The market disposal cost of high salt wastewater is 2000 yuan/ton; ② The disposal cost of the device is about 605 yuan/ton;

(3) According to the treatment capacity of 120T/ d, the market disposal needs to spend 240,000 yuan per day, while the use of this device only needs to spend 72,600 yuan per day.

To sum up, it saves 167,400 yuan for the enterprise every day, and creates benefits of about 5524 yuan for the enterprise every year (calculated in 330 days). The investment cost can be recovered in more than 1 year and good economic benefits have been created.
