CHG series through-flow hot air circulation oven

Our factory has put in the newest dry equipment: Air stream penetrating Drier, that is researched and manufactured by our factory. It is an important renovation to coil pipe type oven.

The heat air of Air Stream Penetrating Drier passes through up and low raw material pan.It can heat the raw material in the pan fully. So it raises the dry speed of raw material greatly. Compared with the traditional oven, Its dry speed raised 3 -8 times. Meanwhile it changes the direction of hot air circle in time, therefore the temperature of raw material in the pan is uniform. The dry quality of raw material is raised too. Its working principle is shown in fig.
