CTP plate-making process
Computer document → digital proofing or blue paper pattern -→ back exposure of the printing machine to the digital plate -→ main exposure of the digital plate in the flexographic CTP front -→ Put into the traditional plate washing machine and wash the plate with solution -→ drying of the plate and post-processing such as UVA and UVC -→ check to complete the production of the digital flexible plate.
Flexographic plate making technology is developing towards simpler and faster. With the technical progress of flexographic material and flexible ink, the printing quality of flexographic plate can meet different requirements. Flexographic plate printing will account for an increasing proportion of the entire printing market.
