two-way horizontal movement of many rows of brushes, vertical and horizontal circling movement
of 4 sets of roller brushes. Solvents can be two types (i.e. one for plate washiang, and the other for

●Exposure machine Capable of being installed as an integrated continuous machine with plates of
UNFLEX 1500 or lower in breadth.Devices for exposure,de-adhesiveness and curing are all
installed in the drawers so that this type of machine is highly integrated and takes minimum space
when installed.When the breadth is UNFLEX 1500 or higher,the machine can be used with S height
adjustable or RZB-I plate curing machines.Philip UVA ligt source,imported vacuum pumps and
vacuum tubes. De-adhesive machine UVC light source used to do the de-adhesive job.
●Curing machine Its pre-curing systrm secures the dry condition of the plate enteing and leaving the
machine,and avoids plate makers from entrance in to the plate printing room.lts unique air passage
design allows quick and even curing.
